DR. KLAUS ENNEMOSER, MBA, CEO
Klaus Ennemoser has been an independent management consultant for tourism and golf since 1975. Already during his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, he devoted himself to tourism issues. Ennemoser is also a graduate of INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
Klaus Ennemoser has also been a full-time hotelier since 1977, which gives his consultations special competence. His consulting focuses are project studies, national and international project financing, business valuations, crisis management and restructuring.
Among other things, an international cost comparison was developed on behalf of the Ministry of Economics, which included the cost structure of the hospitality industry in Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
He is also a sworn and court-certified expert for tourism and golf.
Currently, Klaus Ennemoser is the initiator of hotel classification in Israel and is responsible for the professional, strategic and operational implementation of this pioneering project.
In addition, Klaus Ennemoser was Federal Chairman of the Professional Association of the Hotel Industry in the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO) for 10 years and Chairman of the renowned Villa Blanka Innsbruck Tourism Schools for 22 years. For his commitment in the public interest he was awarded the professional title of Kommerzialrat.
He has combined his love of golf with his profession. The golf studies 1988, 1993, 2000, 2006 and 2013 as well as numerous national and international project and business management consultancies for the tourism and golf industry are among the references of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING.
MAG. GEORG GRÜNN
Georg Grünn graduated from the Salzburg School of Hotel Management and worked, among others, in the Hilton Hotels in Munich and London. As a working student at the Vienna Intercontinental (Assistant to the Controller for Vienna and Eastern Europe), he graduated from the Commercial Academy and studied economics. In 1980 Georg Grünn attended Cornell University in Ithaca/NY, USA as a scholarship holder of the Cornell Society of Hotelmen.
After his graduation, Georg Grünn moved to the Equity Investments department of GiroCredit Bank AG der Sparkassen. As Group Controller, he was initially responsible for subsidiaries in industry and trade, and later also for the tourism division.
In 1995, Georg Grünn moved to EFB - Erste Bank Finanzberatung GmbH as Managing Director and was responsible for domestic and foreign project financing in tourism. In total, he was a member of the board of directors, managing director or supervisory board of around 30 bank holdings, including Kempinski Moscow, Marriott Vienna and Budapest, the then Hotel & Touristik Holding (Österreichisches Verkehrsbüro, Austria Trend Hotels, Wigast), Hotel Ananas Wien and Steigenberger Kaprun.
Georg Grünn has also been an independent management consultant since 1988, focusing on special financing and complex restructuring. In addition, Mr. Grünn is a sworn and court-certified expert for tourism at the Commercial Court of Vienna; Georg Grünn is also a WIFI-certified coach with training as an NLP practitioner.
MAG. MAXIMILIAN ENNEMOSER, Deputy managing director and authorized signatory
Maximilian Ennemoser already worked for ENNEMOSER CONSULTING during his studies of International Economics and Law at the University of Innsbruck. Thereby he was able to gain practical experience. After his one year study abroad at the University of Maastricht he fully joined ENNEMOSER CONSULTING.
Especially through the continuous support of Sporthotel Xander in the areas of marketing, human resources, administration, controlling and budgeting he was able to gain valuable experience and current market knowledge for his consulting tasks. These cover the entire spectrum of management consulting.
Since 2014 Maximilian Ennemoser has been responsible for the implementation of hotel classification in Israel according to the criteria catalogue of Hotelstars Union. In addition to this activity, he is entrusted with the support of our international clientele.
Furthermore, Maximilian Ennemoser is authorized to exercise the profession of real estate agent, property manager and property developer. A residential complex in Innsbruck-Kranebitten is the first property development project that was completed in autumn 2019.

MAG. BERNHARD SCHWARZ, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Growing up in his parents' hotel and restaurant business Bernhard Schwarz became got to know und understand all operative areas and processes of a touristim business.
In order to deepen his knowledge of the hotel and catering industry and to get to know chain hotel business, he worked for Hilton am Stadtpark in Vienna. He then moved to a renowned consulting firm abroad to gain experience in the consulting industry.
Since 2003 Bernhard Schwarz has been working as a consultant at ENNEMOSER CONSULTING in Innsbruck and advices tourism businesses in Austria and abroad.
Bernhard Schwarz is constantly professionalizing his expertise through further training to find even better practical and realizable solutions for his clients.
in addition to his studies of social and economic sciences at the University of Innsbruck with specialization subjects tourism & service economy as well as business finance, his most important further eduction and training courses include the restructuring course "Certified Turnaround Expert", the training as academic controller with a focus on tourism businesses, the course financial accounting (prepratory course for the accountiant exam), the training as personal accountant as well as the qualifying exam for the hospitality industry.
Bernhard Schwarz is a generally sworn and court-certified expert for the hospitality and restaurant industry, bar and restaurant business, hotel (tourist accommodations) and tourist facilities.

Peter Aichmann, MBA, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Peter Aichmann completed the 5-year diploma program at Higher Educational Institution for Tourism Professions in Klessheim near Salzburg with the professional title "Tourism Manager".
This was followed by various professional activities in Italy as well as in Great Britain.
In addition to his professional career, Peter Aichmann completed the Entrepreneurial Academy of the Austrian Hoteliers Association and earned the title "ÖHV-Diplomhotelier".
Peter Aichmann is also a graduate of the university program "Controlling and Performance Management" at the Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt where he completed the master's program with honor. In his master thesis, Mr. Aichmann dealt scientifically with company valuations and appraisals.
Mr. Aichmann acquired a great deal of practical know-how in his parents' business (a 4-star hotel with over 80 rooms and a capacity of over 200 guest beds).
Peter Aichmann successfully operated this hotel as general manager for several years. His areas of responsibility included strategic and operational management such as finance and accounting, personnel responsibility for around 35 employees, as well as marketing and sales.
Due to his professional experience and his extensive education Peter Aichmann qualifies as a competent interlocutor and consultant at ENNEMOSER CONSULTING to all tourism organizations and authorities on federal, state and local level.
ASTRID CASSETTARI, CONSULTANT
Astrid Cassettari graduated from the Federal Academy and Trade School (BHAK/BHAS) Innsbruck, and worked in the hotel and catering industry in various functions in holiday and city hotels (Front Desk Manager, Reservation Manager).
Subsequently she worked for over 25 years in an international personnel firm in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and Boca Raton, Florida, USA. There she held various functions, especially in the areas of project management and organization, marketing and business development, human resources and finance.
International experience, a perfect command of English and sound knowledge of executive recruitment round off her profile.
At ENNEMOSER CONSULTING, Astrid Cassettari is responsible for projects in recruiting, search for operators and lessees, hotel classification and mystery guesting as well as tourism hotel real estate.

JONAS SPENSBERGER, BA, CONSULTANT
Jonas Spensberger commenced his training as a hotel & catering assistant in a 5-star establishment in Salzburg after graduating from high school in 2011. After completing his apprenticeship, he pursued a bachelor’s degree in "Business Management in Tourism and Leisure Industry" at MCI Management Center Innsbruck. As part of his compulsory student internship, Jonas Spensberger was already a member of the ENNEMOSER CONSULTING team in 2015.
During his school and university education, Jonas Spensberger worked in upward positions in various catering and hotel businesses. After completing his studies, he made the leap to the management level, where he gained broad experience in his former apprenticeship establishment, as well as in other businesses in the Austrian city and especially vacation hotel industry. From 2020 to 2023, he gained entrepreneurial and operational experience in a hospitality business.
Since April 2023, Jonas Spensberger has been working as a consultant at ENNEMOSER CONSULTING in Innsbruck and supports the project teams in the development of tourism-related issues, with a special focus on operational and market analyses. His operational experience over the past years has contributed significantly to his expertise.
Brigitte Nagiller, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Since February 2020 Brigitte Nagiller is strenghening the front office of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING. Brigitte Nagiller has a broad experience of commercial activities in various industrial sectors such as banking, real estate and property development companies. At ENNEMOSER CONSULTING she supports the management and marketing team.
Olivia Flunger, SECRETARY
In January 2024 the tourism department of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING welcomed Olivia Flunger as a secretarial assistant in the team of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING. Olivia Flunger has been studying for a degree in law at the University of Innsbruck since October 2022 and can gain valuable practical experience through her active support in the front office and the tourism department.
