Dr. Klaus Ennemoser, MBA

CEO

Klaus Ennemoser has been working as an independent management consultant specializing in tourism and golf since 1975. Already during his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, he focused intensively on tourism-related issues, laying the foundation for his long-standing international career.

He completed executive education programs at leading institutions, including INSEAD in Fontainebleau, and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School in Boston.

Since 1977, Klaus Ennemoser has also been active as a hotelier. This unique combination of profound academic expertise and hands-on industry experience gives his consulting services exceptional depth, practicality, and implementation strength.

On behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs, he developed an international cost comparison study analyzing the cost structure of hospitality businesses in Austria, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland.

Klaus Ennemoser is also a sworn and court-certified expert for tourism and golf.

One of his most notable international projects was his role as initiator of the hotel classification system in Israel, where he was responsible for the professional, strategic, and operational implementation of his pioneering initiative.

In addition, he held numerous leading positions over many years:

• Chairman of the Austrian Hotel Industry Association within the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber for 10 years
• Chairman of the renowned Villa Blanka Tourism Schools in Innsbruck for 22 years
• Member of the Advisory Board of Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) for 15 years

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the public interest, he was awarded the honorary professional title “Kommerzialrat” and appointed Senator h.c. of the College Management Center Innsbruck (MCI).

Klaus Ennemoser successfully combines his passion for golf with his professional activities. The golf industry studies in 1988, 1993, 2000, 2006, and 2013, as well as numerous national and international consulting projects in the tourism and golf sectors, are among the key references of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING.

Mag. Georg Grünn

Financial Expert | Tourism Consultant

Mag. Georg Grünn has a strong educational background in hospitality, economics, and finance. He graduated from the Salzburg Hotel Management School and gained early international practical experience, including positions at the Hilton Hotels in Munich and London.

While working as a student trainee at InterContinental Vienna as Assistant to the Controller for Vienna and Eastern Europe, he simultaneously completed his studies at the Commercial Academy and earned his degree in Economics. In 1980, he was invited as a scholarship holder to the Cornell Society of Hotelmen to attend Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

After graduating, Georg Grünn began his professional career in the investment division of GiroCredit Bank AG der Sparkassen. As Group Controller, he initially held responsibility for subsidiaries in the industrial and trading sectors before expanding his focus to tourism-related investments.

In 1995, he was appointed Managing Director of EFB - Erste Bank Finanzberatung GmbH, where he headed the division for national and international tourism project financing.

Throughout his career, Georg Grünn held positions in approximately 30 banking investments, serving as board member, managing director, or supervisory board member. Significant engagements included:

Mag.  Bernhard Schwarz

Mag. Bernhard Schwarz grew up in his family’s hotel and restaurant business, giving him a profound understanding of all operational aspects of tourism enterprises from an early age.

To broaden his practical experience, he worked at Hilton Vienna Park, where he became familiar with the structures and standards of the international hotel industry. He subsequently gained valuable experience at a renowned consulting firm abroad.

Since 2003, Bernhard Schwarz has been part of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING in Innsbruck, advising tourism businesses both nationally and internationally with a strong focus on practical and implementable solutions.

He studied Social and Economic Sciences at the University of Innsbruck, specializing in tourism and service management as well as corporate finance, providing the academic foundation for his consulting activities.

He continuously expands his expertise through advanced continuing education, including:

Peter Aichmann, MBA

Senior Consultant | Hospitality & Corporate Management

Peter Aichmann completed the five-year diploma program at the Higher Institute for Tourism in Klessheim near Salzburg, graduating with the professional qualification of Tourism Business Manager. Early professional assignments in Italy and the United Kingdom further expanded his international experience.

He also completed the Executive Academy of the Austrian Hotel Association and was awarded the title ÖHV Certified Hotelier. In addition, he graduated with distinction from the university program in Controlling and Performance Management at the Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt. His master’s thesis focused extensively on the field of business valuation.

His extensive practical expertise is particularly rooted in his many years of experience in the family-owned hospitality business – a four-star hotel with more than 80 rooms and over 200 guest beds. As Managing Director, he successfully led the company for many years and was responsible for all strategic and operational areas of the business.

Jonas Spensberger, BA

Senior Consultant | Tourism Analytics & Real Estate

Jonas Spensberger began his professional career in 2011 with an apprenticeship as a hotel and hospitality assistant at a five-star hotel in Salzburg. During his early stage of his career, he developed a solid understanding of operational processes with the hotel and restaurant industry.

He subsequently completed the bachelor's degree program in Business Administration in Tourism and Leisure Management at the College MCI Management Center Innsbruck. As part of a mandatory internship, he joined the team at ENNEMOSER CONSULTING as early as 2015.

Throughout his apprenticeship and academic studies, he gained extensive practical experience in various positions with the hotel and hospitality sector. Following graduation, he assumed management roles and further deepened his expertise, particularly with the Austrian city and leisure hotel industry.

From 2020 to 2023, Jonas Spensberger was also actively involved as an entrepreneur in the restaurant sector, significantly expanding his operational and business management expertise.

Since April 2023, he has been working as a Senior Consultant at ENNEMOSER CONSULTING in Innsbruck. His core areas of expertise include the valuation and transaction support of tourism-related real estate, as well as operational and market analysis.

Since 2026, his professional qualifications have additionally been completed by successfully passing the Austrian real estate certification examination.

Astrid Cassettari

Consultant | Recruiting, Organisation & Real Estate

Astrid Cassettari graduated from the Business Academy and Business School Innsbruck (BHAK/BHAS) and subsequently gained extensive practical experience in the hospitality industry. She held responsible positions in both resort and city hotels, including Front Desk Manager and Reservation Manager.

Later in her career, she spent more than 25 years in the United States working for an international executive search and recruitment company in Boston, Massachusetts, and Boca Raton, Florida. During this time, she was responsible for a wide range of tasks with a strong focus on project management and organization, marketing and business development, human resources and finance.

Her international experience, excellent English skills, and in-depth expertise in recruiting and executive search form the foundation of her versatile professional profile.

At ENNEMOSER CONSULTING, Astrid Cassettari is responsible for projects in the areas of recruiting and executive search, tenant and operator search, hotel classification and mystery guesting, as well as tourism-related hotel real estate.

Brigitte Nagiller

Brigitte Nagiller has been part of ENNEMOSER CONSULTING since February 2020, strengthening the company’s front office operations. She brings many years of experience in commercial and administrative roles across various industries, including banking, real estate, and property development companies.

With her strong organisational expertise, she supports both the management team and the marketing department and contributes significantly to the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

Olivia Flunger

Secretary | Front Office & Tourism

Since January 2024, Olivia Flunger has been part of the ENNEMOSER CONSULTING team in the secretarial and front office department. Alongside her professional role, she is currently studying for a degree in Law at the University of Innsbruck.

Through her work in the front office and tourism department, she continues to gain valuable practical experience while supporting the team in organizational and administrative matters.
